SPRINT’s care guidance describes it as temporary protection whose usable life depends on climate, road conditions, maintenance and driving behaviour. Read the product-specific warranty
The warranty summary lists GT3+ manufacturing-defect coverage for three years when purchased through an authorized installer in Canada, the United States, Mexico or Europe, and two years in other markets. A limited film warranty is separate from the optional glass-damage program.
ULTRA’s summary lists three years, but its linked January 2023 DIY-kit policy specifies two years and replacement film only, without removal or installation compensation. SPRINT’s summary lists one year and transferability; its October 2024 policy instead says nontransferable, with a 12-month heading but a three-year period in the body. Obtain the applicable terms for the exact product and installation before purchase.
Care belongs in the choice
For GT3+ and ULTRA, ExoShield advises avoiding wipers and rain when possible for the first 48 hours; full curing can take seven days. Its care instructions prohibit pressure-washing the windshield and call for regularly removing grit from wiper blades with a damp cloth. SPRINT also needs clean wipers and gentle washing. Severe scratching or haze that limits visibility is a reason to discuss removal with an installer.
